 Bulchim is a metal-working company, established in 1950. 100 % private property since 1993. It is located near Sliven, just out of the city on one’s way to Veliko Tirnovo. The company is situated on an area of 144 000 m?, 18 000 m? of which utility buildings.
Main activities:
- Gray iron, steel and non-ferrous metals casting
Foundry capacity: 600 t of grey alloy annually. Technology: electric-induction melting
- Iron casting EN 1561, spherodical graphite EN 1563, steel alloy
- Moulds producing technology: synthetic sand-bentonite mixture in casting box and moulding press
- Cores and steel casting technology: cool box and fast drying up CO2 mixture
Bulchim is providing metal-tool equipment companies with 300 sorts of details – spindle-shaped box, gear box, support box, carriage, lunette, etc.
We also design and produce patterns for spare unit parts out of aluminium alloy or wood
